No, we offer a single tenant solution, your instance on it’s own infrastructure with your data and only your data. Whilst there is nothing wrong with multi tenant solutions, having fine grained flexibility allows us to better meet customer requirements, and where appropriate make very bespoke changes or integrations.
Some solutions require you to learn new technologies or tools to publish your information online. We work with lots of well established documentation formats and standards minimizing the need for training. We don’t believe in reinventing the wheel when solutions exist that offer far more than you could ever need for authoring documentation or tracking changes within documentation.
No, we offer a solution that allows you to manage documentation of all kinds, we don’t offer templates or template generators (conditional templates that ask you questions to build documents), we offer a solution to let you get information to the right people, at the right time in the right place, with controlled changes, updates and reviews. All businesses are different and there are countless template providers out there for all types of industry.
Our solution is easy to use, but by default comes empty and ready for you to configure. We do offer professional services where we will take existing collections of documentation, tidy them up as required, and work with you to build, structure and populate as per your requirements, making migration from nothing at all or something else as painless as possible.
We are very competitive on price. We don’t publish set pricing because every business or organisation has different requirements, some have thousands of documents and hundreds of users, some have thousands of users and hundreds of documents, the cost for those scenarios differs accordingly. In addition, some customers have requirements on data location, availability and downtime all of which are considered so we can offer the best price based on individual need.

We operate a subscription model and customers are free to cancel at any time. We don’t have lengthy notice periods or lock-ins. We want customers to be happy, if we aren’t delivering what you need or what you expect, then you should be free to cancel and go elsewhere at any time.
We actively encourage all customers to submit suggestions for improvement, if they are improvements to core products then they are implemented for free as part of the subscription model.
For solutions that are complimentary, then we can and do build complete applications that can interoperate with this solution to solve other problems, like training management or time booking for example.

No, we offer a fully hosted solution so customers need only a browser and an internet connection. We don’t offer an on premise version of our solution so we can ensure the infrastructure it requires is suitable and maintained appropriately.
